The 111 Cloverfield Lane Bunker ModThe new 111 Cloverfield Lane mod is the work of a modder who goes by “Wandering Ranger”. The small but detailed mod adds a new player home to Fallout 4, which is located behind the starting house in the Sanctuary settlement. After downloading the mod, players can find a key to the bunker in a dresser inside the house. The new bunker home contains a chem station, cooking stove, and a power armor station, as well as armor and weapon workbenches; fully stocking it for use by a player.

All of the crafting stations feature linked storage and custom textures. The interior furnishings also have custom meshes and textures, giving the bunker a unique look.

I don't know of any legit way to get one that doesn't involve the death of a ranger. But if you want to avoid losing standing with the NCR, this is how I did it: find an unnamed veteran ranger at one of the camps scattered around the map, use a stealthboy, then plant a grenade in his inventory. If the ranger's buddies turn hostile, run away and wait for them to calm down. Then go and loot the body.I've done this twice, and the only thing I lost was a bit of karma. And a grenade.
